
The berries of Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) are standardized to 85-95% of various types of fatty acids and sterols such as beta-sitosterol, lupeol, campesterol, cycoartenol, farnesol and phytol. The bark of Pygeum africanum (Prunus africana) is standardized to 13% sterols such as a beta-sitosterol, beta-sistosterone and n-docosanol.
Saw Palmetto and Pygeum support prostate health. This supercritical extract complies with European pharmaceutical monographs and the proposed USP monograph.
