Returns & Warranty Policy

Cost Less Vitamin will accept returns within 30 days of order subject to the following terms and conditions. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Cost Less Vitamin for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, store merchandise credit will be issued for the actual cost of product minus shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are only accepted on UNOPENED and UNUSED bottles. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges.  Cancellations are handled under this policy, store credit less shipping, handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Warranties

Cost Less Vitamin provides product warranties through the manufacturers of the products. Please see the warranties on the containers or packaging of each product or on the manufacturer’s website.

Return Policy Exceptions

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order/Sale/Clearance Items are non returnable.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable
