Human Growth Hormone (GH) has been extensively studied both clinically and theoretically for many decades. Other Amla Royale
Poor quality versions of Amla Royale are common. Many herbs
are left out of other products and cheaper, poorer quality herbs are often
substituted for the more expensive ones. Inferior sweeteners, such as white
sugar, are typically substituted for the more expensive sweetening agents such
as top quality whole sugar cane. Other formulas often contain grade 1 herbs,
the lowest quality, which have often been fumigated, irradiated, dried at too
high a temperature. Many times the manufacturer has used old herbs from the
previous year's crop which no healing properties left. Many of these products

What is Melatonin?
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland located in the
center of the brain. Its secretion is inhibited by light and stimulated by
darkness. Therefore, melatonin production peaks at night. Research shows that
the body’s natural production of melatonin decreases with age. Melatonin has
received substantial publicity for its ability to promote natural sleep
patterns, stimulate the immune system, decrease jet lag and its role as a
powerful antioxidant.
Better Sleep. The use of melatonin to promote restful sleep is well documented.
Studies of low dose, oral melatonin in healthy adult volunteers showed that time
to sleep onset, stage-2 sleep, and REM sleep was decreased without affecting the
percentage of time in REM sleep or alertness after waking. In addition, evidence
also indicates improved sleep benefits for children as well.
Jet Lag and Travel Fatigue. Research
shows the benefit of melatonin in minimizing the desynchronization of the
body’s internal “time clock” due to air travel over time zones (jet lag).
Typical symptoms of jet lag can include loss of appetite, irritability,
gastrointestinal concerns, disorientation, difficulties concentrating, feeling
mentally “off” and sleep disorders. Even world-class athletes, who sometimes
travel over time zones to compete in athletic events such as the Olympics, have
been studied to determine if melatonin can benefit them. Many top athletes take
melatonin regularly to reduce the tiring symptoms associated with jet lag and
travel.
What is a “nanized”
preparation?
The word “nano” means very, very small. A “nanized” preparation contains

Q: Why does the body need protein?
A: Protein is an essential requirement for good health. It is made up of two
types of amino acids: a) non-essential amino acids can usually be synthesized by
a healthy body from the foods that we eat each day and b) essential amino acids,
which must be obtained directly through the daily diet.
Q: Are all whey proteins the same?
A: If you extract whey protein from the milk of sick, commercially fed cows,
then you’ll get “sick” whey protein (because it will still contain
pesticide or other toxic residues, etc.) The key is a great-quality source of
milk. For superior whey, the milk must be taken from cows that are healthy.
Secondly, the processing of the whey is equally important. Most commercial whey

pesticides, antibiotic residues or synthetic hormones contained in commercially
produced milk (and passed along in the whey). When some of these individuals
were tested on non-toxic, pesticide-free whey, no reaction was incurred.
However, if you are lactose-intolerant or allergic to milk protein, it it may be
best to avoid this product unless otherwise directed by your healthcare
